We tried to make a liquid Thai style Jungle Curry! It is local end of season pumpkins fermented with Murray river salt, fresh Thai chillies, tamarind, ginger and loads of toasted spices. Finished with spirit vinegar. While it’s got a lil kick for sure it’s not crazy and the sour saltiness keeps you coming back for another dash. Belter.
