Every year as the days get short and cold we excitedly welcome fresh coffee arrivals from our favourite origins. Why is it that the most vibrant and sought after coffees arrive in the middle of our winter? To explore this we will hold a an interactive cupping(tasting in coffee speak) of Barrio’s latest green bean microlot arrivals from Ethiopia, Kenya and Guatemala and a demonstration of our roaster.
