The Big Easy’s hot big sister! We took 70kg of end of season local Piallligo Harvest green chillies and aged em for over 4 months with Murray river salt. Blended with spirit vinegar and that’s it. It’s definitely Dan’s favourite sauce so far. It’s fo shizzle hot but unbelievably complex and rounded. Tastes like funky salty jalopeno juice and is the type of sauce that’ll really improve with age. Buy two bottles!
