Local Three mills bread crusts ground up & mixed with Aussie grown seeds. loads of tasty spices, Barrio pickle juice, Olssen’s sea salt & Fedra olive oil.

We bake that hot mess nice & slow until it’s crusty as all get out.

A bit like Dukkah, kinda like Zaatah, it’s really great for finishing salads, on baked veg or even fish.
