This one is the mild but oh so tasty one.
It is a bunch of mega sized end of season watermelons salted down and blended with Korean chilli and ginger. Fermented for 6 months and then finished with spirit vinegar. It’s kinda crazy red, salty, sour and sneaky funky. It’d be right at home on chips or lifting up a chicken and gravy roll. Another one that’ll age out beautifully so buy two!
