When we received this sample it received an instant YES on the cupping table. We all loved it for its crisp and juicy clarity and the complex flavour notes. This is the kind of coffee we love on batch brew and as black espresso. 

The coffee comes from Finca Eucalipto and producer Elias Sanchez. He has been producing coffee for 24 years over which time he has deepened his craft with incredible results. The decision to transition into specialty coffee production came through these improvements with planting, growing, picking, processing and drying. He now works with his wife and children to continue to grow and develop the farm into a sustainable future.
