As we approach Autumn this year we have settled into some delicious familiar coffees for our seasonal blend offering. We’ve stacked layers of chocolatey, nutty creaminess with a good dose of fruitiness to provide versatility. 

Roger Dominguez from Honduras is straight up sweeeet and chocolatey. Las Cotorras from Mexico is more rich like tiramisu with some dried cherry. The ASMUCAFE Colombian comes from a women’s producer group and flavour wise this coffee is classic Colombian, sweet, fruity and full bodied.

We recommend extracting 60 mls of espresso from 20 grams of coffee in 25-30 seconds
