20g coffee ground coarse

bloom 60g water onto ground coffee. stir

at 30 seconds pour 60g water in a clockwise motion up to 120g

at 1 minute pour 60g water up to 180g (same clockwise motion every pour)

at 1:30 minutes pour 60g water up to 240g

at 2 minutes pour 60g water up to 300

at 2:30 minutes pour 60g water up to 360

Chemex for 2

40g coffee ground course

place filter paper and ground coffee in chemex

bloom 100g water and stir

at 30 seconds add 200g water

at 2 minutes add 200g water

at 3:30 minutes add 200g water
